I was unaware of a breakfast option initially. The linen was clean. The room received cleaning upon request. The hotel's location provided a secure setting near shops and businesses, that met basic needs within walking distance. A real CHARM, I must say.

I had to make the sofa bed myself for the third guest. The bedding was not readily available.

The location was great with several pubs nearby. The room had a modern design and a great kitchenette. It included all essentials, an iron, hairdryer, kettle, and microwave.

The floor wasn't very clean. It was quite dirty. Some food was left in the sink. the sink didn't drain properly. There were no batteries in the TV remote.
